Where can I place an order from?

You would be able to place the order from anywhere in the World, for the products to be Delivered within India.

How long is the shipping time?

India :- Orders will be shipped within 1 business day via Standard Shipping. Average transit time within is India: 4-7 business days.

World-wide :- Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Average transit time: 10-14 business days.

USA: 10-12 days

UK: 10-14 days

AUS: 10-14 days

Rest of the World: 10-15 days

The tracking number shall be sent to your email on the same day of Shipment. Note: There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstantial delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

Please allow 1 business day of processing and production time for your order to ship out.

We process all orders in (INR) Indian Rupees / US Dollars.

Note: At checkout USD is converted to the latest Exchange Rate Automatically, in-case of non-INR payments.

We accept secure payments for both Customers via Net-Banking & Cash On Delivery*, All Major Credit Cards & Debit Cards. We do not accept offline payments via check & direct bank deposit in any countries. 

*Cash On Delivery is available only in India.

Will I have to pay Customs or Shipping?

We provide guaranteed FREE Shipping in India (Unless otherwise stated). For orders that weigh above 2.2 Pounds / 1 Kg, shall get the full details of shipping cost at check-out. (applicable only for some carriers).

Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

Confirmation of Order shall be mailed to your e-mail with the Tracking Details within 2 hours. Please contact us at support@mobilights.com if you do not receive the Order Number within the specified Time.

Will i receive a tracking number? How long does it take to receive a tracking number?

The tracking details shall be mailed to you on the same day of Order Placement (typically in 2 Hours). Please contact us if you don't receive the Tracking Number within 2 hours of Order Placement.

Where do you ship from?

Based on the availability of items we generally ship from our partnered warehouses located across India. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.

Can i cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order within 2 hours after creating it. For the cancellation to be applied, All you need to do is:

Click View Tracking Details on the Order Confirmation Email Select the Cancel Option and Send an email from the same email ID you have with entered at Checkout, to support@mobilights.com with the subject line "Cancel".

I have entered an incorrect address!

If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, we can correct this within 2 hours of Order Placement.

Note : Contact via Phone and Send an email from the email ID entered at Checkout to support@mobilights.com with subject line "Address Correction", and with the corrected Address.

What is the refund policy?

Most items returned in new condition within <strong>7 days</strong> will receive a refund or exchange.

Some items that does not have the return policy cannot be refunded, please refer our Refund Policy for more info.

How long does it take to process a refund?

We will reimburse you for returned items in the same way you paid for them.

For returns by mail, once we receive your return, we will process it within 4–5 business days.

What is the policy for late/non-delivery of items ordered online?

Our local teams work diligently to make sure that your order arrives on time, within our normal delivery hours of 8 AM to 8 PM in the recipient's time zone.

During busy holiday periods we may extend our delivery hours before 8 AM and after 8 PM to ensure that all gifts are delivered on time.

When will my credit card be charged?

We do not execute any process/systems that automatically charge your credit card, unless the Transactions are executed via Net banking by the card owner/authority.

My item arrived damaged.

We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

- a picture of the damaged product.

Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge.

When is the next promotion?

All Promotions shall be intimated to the subscribers 3-5 days in advance. -The Promotions may include discount coupons.
