Money Back / Returns Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 2 days. If 2 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Personal care items
  • Innerwear that are specifically mentioned

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase like the invoice/bill and a photograph of the product to be sent via email /whatsapp

Partial refunds are not granted in any case.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email/whatsapp to notify you that we have received your returned item with the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a refunds will be credited via Gpay, Paytm or Phonepay within 24 hours.

A proof of returns transfer will be sent via whatsapp or email

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, intimate us regarding the same.

EXCHANGE OVERVIEW:

We shall replace items if they are defective or damaged and does not belong to the non-returnable list mentioned above. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email or whatsapp a the picture of the damaged product with the invoice to support@mobilights.com / Whatsapp 9108857655.

To return or exchange your product, please reach within 2 days of delivery.

You will be paying for your return shipping costs for returning your item (exempted in case of damaged products). The cost of return shipping (varies for each location) will be deducted from your refund.
